POLYQUAT 40® is the trade mark of the product AVT-40® marketed in Colombia.
POLYQUAT 40® is a chemical enhancer and quaternary ammonia based detergent and disinfecting compound, destined for veterinary and industrial use and available in packages of 1, 5, 20 and 50 liters.
This product was created by POLY SELL® research and development sector aiming at the obtainment of a disinfecting compound of high germicidal action and outstanding detergent power, aside from other desirable characteristics and that were reached successfully in POLYQUAT 40®.

POLYQUAT 40® is a highly safe product, since the compounds used in its formula are approved for use in cleaning and disinfection of food industries by the FDA. - Food And Drug Administration.

Cleaning of sheds: POLYQUAT 40® in the dilution of 1:1000. Use pressurized water (it does not need rinsing).
Cleaning and disinfection of equipment (feeders, troughs, etc.): wash and disinfect the equipment with POLYQUAT 40® in the dilution of 1:1000.
Disinfections of facilities: use POLYQUAT 40® in the dilution of 1:1000. Get the entire facility wet. In case of high viral challenge, use POLYQUAT 450® or POLY-PHEN®.
Cleaning of pendular troughs [drinking fountain] during breeding: add 10 ml of POLYQUAT 40® in a pail with 10 liters of water. Wash and disinfect the pendular drinking fountains.
Cleaning of water tank and system: perform the voiding of the tank, clean the whole internal surface, fill again the tank and add 1 liter of POLYQUAT 40® for every 500 liters of water. Fill the whole system, allow it to rest and empty in 12 hours.
